The MIS core system, in most cases, is populated
with base mapping and parcel data free or available
for a nominal charge from the host County. Normally
included are parcels, parcel data, roads, streets
water and hydrology and aerial imagery.

layers as they add system modules in time. This
process starts with consultation sessions to
evaluate each mapping data acquisition option
for each utility and ends with selecting a system
population option that meets individual client
needs, expectations, budget, staff resources
and time schedules.

has a standard implementation plan for installing
the MIS software, and each additional add-on
module. Every MIS installation has an Account
Manager. The Account Manager meets with the
client to determine the details and timing of
the plan. After the implementation has begun,
there are regular conferences between the Account
Manager and client to review progress.
training

offers on-site, workshop and seminar training.
On-site training is provided for the initial
implementation of the MIS software. Follow up
training is normally requested by clients who
want to actively realize the maximum benefit
and functionality of the MIS core product and
modules.
